2. Our Services

Cocks and Camels is a booking service that arranges professional adult entertainment for private events. Our performers provide tasteful entertainment only. We do not arrange, offer, or tolerate any illegal services, and any such request will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

3. Inquiries & Bookings

Submitting a form or inquiry does not create a binding contract or reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from us and receipt of any required deposit.

4. Deposits, Payments & Pricing

• Every event is custom-quoted; pricing is confirmed in writing before booking.
• A deposit is required to reserve your performers and date.
• The remaining balance is due according to the schedule in your booking confirmation.
• Dates are not held until the deposit is received and the booking is confirmed.

5. Conduct & Safety

The safety and dignity of our performers is non-negotiable. Guests must treat performers with respect. Harassment, unwanted physical contact, illegal activity, or behavior that endangers a performer will end the event immediately with no refund, and may result in additional liability. Performers may decline or stop any activity at their discretion.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable amounts, are set out in your booking confirmation. Deposits reserve talent and dates and are generally non-refundable.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on this site is owned by Cocks and Camels or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocks and Camels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Cocks and Camels operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
